During this period, your order is prepared, undergoes quality control, and is carefully packaged for delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
In exceptional cases — such as customs delays, transport strikes, or high-demand periods — delivery times may be extended slightly.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
Please note: tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
❌ Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
